Departmental Constituents shall include those not-for-profit fire/EMS departments serving populations of 10,000 or less which are operated by a political jurisdiction or are under contract with a political jurisdiction.

Representatives of companies with an interest in fire prevention, fire suppression, insurance, or other fire-service-related products
