2025 VFRC Vendors/Sponsors — The VFCA would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to each of you for your support of the VFCA through your planned attendance and/or sponsorship at the 2025 VFRC.  We were highly disappointed that we had to cancel the event.  We did have a record number of attendees coming to the VFRC with over 1000 pre-registered to attend.  Had the event continued we expected to have close to 1100 in attendance for educational sessions this year.  We were highly confident that with record vendor and sponsor participation that we would have met or exceeded past attendance to the Expo too!

 

 

The VFCA is contacting you regarding your associated payments you made to participate as a vendor and/or sponsor for the event.  We have several options for you to consider regarding your payments made to the VFCA.

 

1. We can provide you a full refund of payments made including sponsorships (if provided).

 

2. We can provide a full refund for the vendor space minus the sponsorships if inclined to do so.  We have received some feedback that some vendors were interested in donating the sponsorships funds.

 

3. We can carry your 2025 payments forward to the 2026 VFRC if desired.  If this option is chosen the total amount paid for the space will need to be carried forward.

 

 

If you are seeking a refund and you paid by credit card, please provide us the last four digits of the card and the amount you paid.

 

If you paid by check please provide us the amount paid, the name the check needs to be made payable to, your mailing address and advise if there is a specific person the check should be sent to their attention – accounting, etc…
