Best Practices in Fire Service Health & Safety Award

The Virginia Fire Chiefs Foundation offers the Best Practices in Fire Service Health & Safety Awards. This awards program was created to recognize further the health & safety efforts of Virginia fire and rescue departments. The VFCF will honor one formally established department within Virginia in each of the following categories:

Award-winning departments will be presented with an award at the Annual Virginia Fire & Rescue Conference and the VFCF will make a $500 contribution to each department. The application period is September 1st through December 1st each year.
