2025 Virginia Fire & Rescue Conference – Hotel Partners

We have negotiated the best possible rate for our conference attendees, and we hope you will make your choice of hotels from the selection below.

All hotels will charge an additional 15% state and local tax, plus a $2.00 per room/night lodging tax. There is a standard cancellation policy of notifying the hotel within 48-72 hours of your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax, so be sure to read your confirmation to know that information. Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Hotel have a seven (7) day cancellation.

IMPORTANT – We have been advised that there are companies reaching out to our attendees asking to
facilitate their lodging. This one particular company identified themselves as the Convention Housing
Company. It has nothing to do with VFCA or our conference and we urge you do not give them your
information and only use our contracted hotels listed below.
